The development combined powered sites, luxury glamping, a resort pool and waterslide precinct, and a 200-seat restaurant and bar overlooking the pool.

Its reputation was built on design quality and service, creating long-term employment for more than 50 people and helping spark renewed interest in caravan park and outdoor hospitality investment.

Outcomes

  • First new caravan park in South East Queensland in more than forty years
  • Glamping, powered sites, resort pool, waterslide precinct and riverside hospitality delivered as one destination
