Bernie McGovern Snr's connection to Chinchilla helped identify the opportunity for stronger accommodation in a growing regional centre.

Working with Bernie McGovern Jnr, the business delivered the Chinchilla Downtown Motor Inn as a new-build offer and repositioned Chinchilla Motor Inn through a substantial refurbishment.

The projects were designed for corporate travellers, resource-sector demand and the broader regional market, with the same quality expectations usually reserved for larger centres.
