Buderim Gardens was acquired as a large Sunshine Coast retirement village ready for significant renewal.
Over several years, Bernie McGovern Snr led upgrades to community facilities, roads, landscaping and streetscapes, improving both the physical village and the resident experience.
The work shaped a lasting McGovern belief: retirement living succeeds when infrastructure, daily amenity and a genuine sense of belonging are built together.
